Once you complete and submit the survey, you will receive an email with two discount codes for 50% off your order of $300 or less, along with a free Popinz pack. Please allow 7-14 business days for this code to be delivered to your email. In addition to this, you will be entered in a drawing for a chance to WIN a $200 Visa gift card.
