At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Standard shipping $8.95

What shipping methods are available, and how long will it take to get my order? 

We ship via UPS. Orders ship from our California warehouse within 1-2 business days of receipt. Delivery with UPS is between 1-5 business days depending upon your location. We cannot ship to PO Boxes with UPS Ground.

What if I want to change or cancel my order? 

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact customer service immediately at help@joybeesfootwear.com or give us a call (702) 208-2549 . We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel your order before shipping but will do our best to accommodate any requests you have. You will be responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping, if we are unable to cancel or modify the order before it has been processed. 

How do I make a return? 

Please use our self-service returns portal located HERE and enter your order number and email to complete the returns process. Note: Customer is responsible for the $8.95 return label fee.
